Basics
-ToS can change at any time
-I have the right to refusse or decline a commission at any time.
-Art is a luxury. Prices are final once the agreement has been struck.
-My Art is not to be put in ANY AI machines. They are not NFTS.
-I will refuse references made with AI.
-REFUNDS within 24hr minus transaction fees (paypal).
Usage of your Art
I retain the rights to every image I produce. I am being paid to create these, not to transfer the rights to them.
All commissions I do are only for personal or nonprofit use unless otherwise has been discussed. You are not to profit off of my work without discussing it beforehand and coming to an agreement with me. Commercial work will incur an additional fee.
Unless specified to do otherwise, I will post the commissions to any websites I use to host my art. These include but are not limited to Furaffinity, Twitter, Discord, BlueSky and others. If you have a problem with this, Please let me know. I’m happy to make private commissions for you, all you have to do is ask.​
